As a LEED-Certified community, Trifecta Belmar employs the latest green-building practices to create a place that is as stunning as it is environmentally efficient. We only use zero VOC paints, the appliances are EnergyStar-compliant, and the apartments feature zone heating & cooling. We also added sensor lights throughout the common areas, along with an art installation of bio-bags in the pet stations.
